BUSINESS ADVISORY SERVICES This group is a newly formed group to
deliver domain rich advisory services to our clients. XXXXX works
with most leading Banking & Financial Services firms on
providing solutions for business problems that require an in-depth
understanding of the domain.
JOB PURPOSE: As a senior
member of the Banking Risk & Compliance practice, you will
provide the leadership and vision to create the next plateau of
growth for the vertical – by defining service offerings, our value
proposition, and go-to-market strategy. Working closely with the
account teams, service line owners and the domain consulting team,
this role will have P&L responsibility for the Risk &
Compliance practice.
ROLE DIMENSIONS: The Engagement
Manager will be the primary owner of the P&L for this group. In
this role, the Engagement Manager should: • Define the vision for
the Banking Risk & Compliance practice and a 3 year business
plan • Work closely with our large account teams to identify new
opportunities that are domain centric • Develop a detailed
approach for pursuing new opportunities – this will include
definition of the service offering and a strategy to deliver •
Identify product and service partnership opportunities critical to
integrated solution delivery • Interface with XXXXX service line
owners (ITO and BPO) to collaborate on solution development •
Define and implement a process for codifying domain centric
knowledge from our engagements with existing clients • Enhance
XXXXX’s brand as a thought leader by representing XXXXX as a speaker
at major conferences, participating in reputed industry blogs and
contributing articles to leading Wall Street publications
KEY
COMPETENCIES: • Proven track record as a leader in building and
running a Risk & Compliance consulting practice within the
Banking industry. • Acknowledged expertise and ownership in one
or more of the following domains: o Banking Laws &
Regulations in USA and globally o Key problem areas w.r.t.
compliance to Banking Regulations and innovative solutions to
address them • Highly motivated team player, mentors team members
to develop next layer of leadership • Client service focused,
i.e., puts client interests before that of team or self •
Effective communication and presentation skills – esp. to CXO level
and senior executives • Strong Interpersonal Skills – proven
record of building and maintaining relationships at senior (CXO and
CXO-1) levels • High on Drive and initiative, Self
Confidence.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: •
Bachelors Degree in Engineering/ Sciences with an MBA from a premier
Business School. • 10-15 years of professional experience as a
Banking Risk & Compliance subject matter expert (SME) with top
tier IT and/or consulting firms such as Deloitte, E&Y, IBM,
Accenture or with the Risk IT function of Large Banks. • Good
understanding and appreciation of technology services • Knowledge
of offshoring preferred

Development Manager: The
development manager is responsible for leading a team of software
engineers in the design, development, unit testing, and
implementation of technology related products. Amazon Payments has
established product line and customer base and is currently

business, the successful candidate will work closely with
Management, Customers, QA, Design, Product Management, and Customer
